1. The Zolotoi Promise
By accessing our boutique online or in-person at our Business Bay location, you agree to our terms. We specialize in luxury floral architecture and bespoke decor. Every arrangement is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in bloom stage or shade may occur, ensuring your piece is a unique work of art.
2. Delivery Logistics

Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM GST for guaranteed same-day arrival within Dubai.

Business Bay Exclusive: Complimentary delivery applies to orders above 200 AED within the Business Bay district.

Recipients: If the recipient is unavailable, our professional couriers will attempt to leave the flowers in a secure, temperature-controlled environment (e.g., concierge) and notify the sender.
3. Freshness & Returns
As flowers are perishable luxury goods, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority:
- Quality concerns must be reported via WhatsApp or phone within 4 hours of delivery.
- Photographic evidence is required for any replacement requests.
- Refunds are processed as Zolotoi Boutique Credit, valid for 12 months.
4. Event & Balloon Installations
Bespoke event styling and balloon installations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Full payment must be settled 48 hours prior to the installation at our Dubai studio.
