- On Arrival: Remove lily stamens with a dry tissue, then trim all stems by 2 centimetres at a diagonal angle. Place immediately in a clean vase of fresh, cool water.
- Every Two Days: Change the water completely and re-trim the stems. Both roses and spray roses benefit significantly from fresh water.
- Placement: Keep away from direct sunlight through glass and AC vents. Both accelerate petal dehydration and cause lilies to open too quickly.
- As Lily Blooms Open: Remove spent individual lily blooms cleanly to allow remaining buds to continue opening. The arrangement will look different and beautiful at each stage across its 7 to 10-day vase life.
